Nickie Carrigan is a proud mother to 2 teenage boys, she has been married for 21 years, and they have 2 dogs (an Irish Terrier, and a Labradoodle.) Nickie has always been a fitness enthusiast, and genuinely curious about nutrition, health and fitness. After earning her degree in English Education and briefly working as a substitute teacher in 2002, she decided to pivot, and pursue a her dream career in fitness after the birth of her second son in 2004. Today she is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Studio Owner, and Online Health & Fitness Coach. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, she can motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Nickie invests in on-going training, and carries many specialty certificates, and has earned continuing education credit in a variety of areas including: TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bells, Yoga, Les Mills, Aqua Fitness, Barre, Cycling, Nutrition, and Active Older Adults. Nickie has helped clients from ages 6-93 lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Personal Interests: hanging out with my family, cooking, playing scrabble, sipping hot cups of coffee with my husband, and walking & snuggling with my amazing dogs.
