Something we just learned about TCL’s Steve Patterson — he has a face for sunglasses. Every single pair, every single style. It doesn’t matter if they’re made for a man or a woman, they all look good on him. Steve thinks It’s his face. We think it’s the frame. Last Fall we took you to eyebobs in Minneapolis, a company that wants frames to be more of an accessory than a necessity. In this Good Company, reporter Kelli Hanson takes us back with an update on how it’s now easier than ever to get your hands on these one of a kind glasses.
UPDATE: Eyebobs opened a store at Mall of America this Spring. The nearly 900-square foot space is described as an experience where you can get custom prescriptions, as well as readers and sunglasses. There’s an even a virtual optometrist. Readers start at $89 and $199 for Single Vision prescriptions. And they’re opening another store in Orlando next month. A big congrats to this Minnesota Good Company.
