Coffee with Cool People: Nick Engbloom

Everyone can make a difference. That’s the message that Nick Engbloom tries to share with people he meets. Nick says he has always had some sort of feeling that giving back is what he was meant to do. Today, he works for the University of Minnesota Foundation as the Director of Development.

Nick has been instrumental in bringing on some pretty cool partners at the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital, formerly known as Amplatz Children’s Hospital. He helped facilitate Kyle Rudolph’s Endzone, the Love Your Melon Lounge, and the PJ Fleck Row the Boat Wall. U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital treats some of the sickest children in our state. These programs being joy and hope for so many families.

Caribou Coffee is giving back in a big way in September. Through Caribou Coffee Cares they are helping support the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 10% of proceeds from Vikings Blend, Row the Boat Gopher Blend, and their brand new Love Your Melon beanies will go back to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.

The new beanies will be available in all Caribou locations starting August 30th.
