The Minnesota Twins have some of the best fans around. Games are fun, but we’re not just talking about the sport itself. The Twins have what they call the Rally Team. They are in charge of getting fans pumped up before and during the games. They do everything from a parade before game time which goes all around the field to shooting t-shirts alongside TC Bear.
The team is all about fun and they even added a new member for a recent game. Twin Cities Live reporter Emily Engberg helped out and had a ball. She says they are truly a great addition to any game.
The Twins hold tryouts before the season to find team members. To learn more, click here.
Twin Cities Live will be holding a special event with the Twins. The team will take on the Cleveland Indians on August 17th. The game is at 12:10 p.m. Emily, Kelli Hanson, Mike Marcotte and host Steve Patterson will be there. Kids will even get to run the bases after the game.
