Stay Consistent with Your Morning Routine

  1. Track it so you can check it off.
  2. Find and accountability partner or group.
  3. Success doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from staying committed to the process.

Time Block Your Day

  1. Write everything down on paper.
  2. Categorize it into groups. (Mom stuff, work stuff, personal).
  3. Plan on Sunday and then review plans for your day the night before.
