Secret #1 – Workout with Friends

Secret #2 – Prep Your Food
Costco is a great place to pick up expensive fresh produce. But make sure you cut those veggies and fruit up so that they are easy to grab on the go! Also, Kerrie suggests bringing a bottle of water or chewing gum when you shop so you aren’t temped to sample and take in extra calories! Kerrie’s favorite healthy and fast dinner is Rao’s spaghetti sauce with ground turkey and spaghetti squash or zoodles.
Secret #3 – Plan for Busy Days
Kerrie’s pick for on the go is a Panera salad. She likes the Asian Sesame with Chicken or the Southwest Chili Lime with chicken. She says to get the apple instead of baguette or chips but eat later in the day as a snack!
