Refresh For Fall

Author, Kristen Brown, stopped by the TCL studio to share tips to refresh your life for the new fall season.

-Get rid of guilt! Say no to one thing on your to-do list that drains your energy and add one thing that you love like a class on a topic you want to know more about or a fun event with friends.
-Reduce that amount of cocktails in your daily life – opt for a fun mock-tail or hydration drink
-Separate yourself from toxic people
-Ditch the junk in your house! Every time you put away laundry, ditch 5 items from your closet or dresser
-Reduce the amount of “carry-over” items on your to-do list, be realistic about how much you can accomplish in one week
