Certified Fitness Instructor and owner of The Warehouse in Rosemount, Nickie Carrigan, stopped by to share exercises that will help tension and pain in the body.
- Cobra push up – Lie face down and bring hands under shoulders. Peel upper half off the floor to open the front of the body, and then press body up into a tricep push up.
- Burpee with heel touch – Modified using a raised platform and step back, reach back toward heels. Eventually add a jump while reaching back toward both heels.
