Ali’s tips:

-When weightlifting avoid swinging the weights and relying on gravity to do half the work

-Add a band to the weighted exercise for a more a fluid lift

-When working your abs, avoid straining your neck and back

-Try balance exercise to engage core in a more functional and full way

-Avoid plateauing when doing cardio work , add 15 second intervals

To boost your metabolism in the morning, try eating these breakfasts:
