The Spring Parade of Homes is a great way for folks to look at new builds and designs. It’s also a good way to get some insight on what could be changed in your own home.
This is the 69th annual Spring Parade of Homes. There are 491 new homes to tour.
TCL Reporter Emily Engberg toured a home in Minnetonka. It’s on Meeting Street and is $1,995,000. It’s part of the Artisan Dream Homes on the tour. The home is bold, but also has several clean lines. It’s known for its private wooded area, master suite, “Game Day” room, and more. The house is 6,400 square feet, has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and is two stories.
The Spring Parade of Homes is March 4-April 2, 2017. Homes are open from noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. For more information, click here.
