Pilates Exercises for Beginners

Pilates is a unique form of exercise that lengthens and strengthens the spine and allows for more flexibility; It was developed by Joseph Pilates almost 100 years ago, originally for men in the military. But, women have kept the practice alive all these years! While you’ll mostly find women in Pilates class today, more men are starting to jump on the bandwagon. Pilates is everyone, from athletes to non-athletes, the young and the old, everyone can do Pilates from the comfort of their home or at a studio, like Defining You Pilates & Fitness. Suzy Levi is the owner of Defining You Pilates & Fitness. She stopped by to share Pilates moves that are perfect for beginners.
