Try them at home!
-All Fours: Place your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips and pull your right leg back behind you and hold
-Reverse Incline Core: Pelvis to be heavy on the ball with your core engaged so that your spine is in a stable neutral position, legs to be lifted to table top or feet flat on the floor
-Flat Back Core: Bring feet up to tabletop, draw feet halfway to the floor in a slow march. Keep hips level and square as you lift and lower each leg – this will force the spine to stay in neutral
