Be Well with TCL: Pilates

Pilates is a whole body workout that challenges your muscles and your mind.  The fact that just about anyone can do it makes it attractive to even the beginners.  Kelli Hanson has never taken a full class before so she joined a class at The Pilates Body where they took it outside to Whistling Well Farm in the orchard.
