- You don’t have to get to the gym to get your workout in. Honor the active time in yard work or in reconnecting with friends and family over a walk rather than at a coffee shop.
• Fall 5Ks, Outside Workouts, Fall Colors Hiking. Take advantage of all of the events & opportunities to move while enjoying the season.
• As the days get shorter, even a little bit of time is enough time to move your body. Try carving out 10 minutes a day and 1 hour a week to move.
• Don’t feel like moving? No sweat! Try meditation. De-stressing your mind is just as valuable of a practice as strengthening your body. And, the two things are connected.
