Start by Picking out your cheese
- How much do you need?
- one ounce per person, per cheese
- ask for help from a cheese monger
- at least 3 cheeses that are different textures and/or milks. Like cow, goat, or sheep.
Building your board
- Soft cheeses go first
- cut/slice hard cheeses
- add meat
Garnish the Tray
- Nuts, dried or fresh fruit, jams/honey, pickles/olives, fresh herbs.
