If you aren’t a morning person until you’ve had your coffee, our Fitness Expert Nickie Carrigan says mastering three steps to your morning routine could help you wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed. It all starts with actually getting out of bed when your alarm clock goes off. Then it’s time to set your intentions, this could be through scripture or a devotional. Nickie also does slow and dynamic stretches as soon as she wakes up and a series of squats, lunges and pushups.
