Target Field: What’s Happening This Season

If you come out to a game at Target Field this season, expect to get your fill of brats and baseball. But the Twins want you to take away more than that. Twin Cities Live reporter Kelli Hanson stopped by the Plaza to fill us in on what’s happening this season at Target Field.

The Twins hold several fun promotional events throughout the season which includes giving fans some sweet swag!
On Saturday, April 14th the first 10,000 fans will get a Twins Plaid Flap Cap. On Tuesday, May 22nd the first 10,000 fans will get a Twins Star Wars t-shirt. Click here to check out all of the promotional events this season.

The Minnesota Twins have teamed up with the Anaphylaxis & Food Allergy Association to offer special dates at Target Field for fans who have peanut allergies. The Twins private balconies, located above left field, will be a “peanut controlled zone”. That means no peanuts will be available for purchase. The first peanut controlled game is Sunday, April 29th vs Cincinnati. Click here for more details. Caribou Coffee has teamed up with the Minnesota Twins and are now offering a new allergen free peanut butter flavor in its Peanut Butter Mocha & Peanut Butter Crafted Press. And lucky for fans, there’s a Caribou Coffee located at Target Field!

In addition to baseball games, you can also catch some amazing outdoor concerts here this summer. The Eagles with Jimmy Buffet will be here on June 30th and Luke Bryan brings his tour to Minneapolis at Target Field on July 21st.
