Nickie Carrigan, owner of The Warehouse gym in Rosemount, has workout ideas you can do from your driveway!

5-10 min warm up

  1. Push up to side plank (total body)
  2. Run to the neighbor’s mailbox and back (cardio)
  3. Plank shoulder taps (core strength, shoulder stability)
  4. Lunge down the driveway and back (lower body)
  5. Table top to boat, or reverse plank to pike (core strength and stability)
  6. Side shuffles to the neighbor’s mailbox and back (cardio)
  7. Yoga mat broad jumps or lunges with a shuffle back (lower body & cardio)
