Low Impact Chair Workout

As you age, its important to remain strong and active.  Fitness Expert, Nancy Stoneberg has a low impact workout you can do at home and all that is required is a chair.

Circuit Routine:

each circuit averages 3 minutes
4 exercises/10 reps each

  • STAND UP/SIT DOWN
  • HEEL AND TOE RAIS
  • STANDING OR SEATED STRAIGHT LEG RAISE
  • SIDE LEG CIRCLES
