Twin Cities Live is celebrating all things Roseville this week in our TCL in Your Town Series. Roseville is a suburb that was home to the first ever Target, along with the first McDonald’s and the first Dairy Queen to open up in the state of Minnesota.
The town is also known for another big company – one that attracts more then 14-million visitors every single year.
In this Good Company, we head to Rosedale Center to find out how this mall is keeping up with new shopping demands.
Rosedale Center just completed a multi-million dollar renovation last spring, but they’ve got even bigger plans. They’ve completed an interior renovation, new parking, changed the exterior and opened Rose & Loon and department store, Von Maur.
But the malls developer is bringing ideas to the Roseville City Council. They’d like to expand the southern end of the property, adding food, entertainment, housing and even hotels.
