Orange Creamy-Dreamy Ice Lollies
2 cups – Orange Juice
1/2 cup – Simple Syrup
1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding (follow directions on box)
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Orange Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Simple Syrup is 1 part water mixed with 1 part sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Combine orange juice & simple syrup. Pour into popsicle molds, filling 1/3-1/2 full.
- Combine pudding, cream & extracts. Pour gently & slowly into molds, filling the remaining space.
- Freeze for a few hours before eating.
