Super Cool Cocktails

Ian Lowther is the beverage director for Red Cow and Red Rabbit. He stopped by to make some super cook cocktails for “Dude Week.”

Agua Fumé

2/3 oz hibiscus syrup
1/3 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz mezcal
3 oz soda water

Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir. Top with ice. Garnish with a lime peel.


3 dashes angostura bitters
1/4 oz Thyme Liqueur
3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
2 oz Rye Whiskey

Stir all ingredients with ice. Pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel and a cherry.


Old Fashioned

5 dashes bitters
1/4 oz demerara syrup
1/2 oz rye whiskey
2 oz bourbon
