Piña Colada
2oz Dark Rum
1.5oz pineapple juice (preferably fresh juiced)
1.5oz Coco Lopez
.5oz lime juice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a Tiki mug. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Cucumber Mojito
10 mint leaves
1oz lime juice
1oz cucumber syrup
2oz white rum
2.5oz soda water
Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker tin and shake for 5-10 seconds. Add soda water and double strain into a Collins glass with new ice. Garnish with a large mint sprig.
Old Fashioned
5 dashes bitters (at Red Cow we use a bitters blend but Angostura bitters will do nicely)
1/3oz Demerara syrup
1.5oz bourbon whiskey
1oz rye whiskey
Directions:
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over a large cube and garnish with an orange peel.
