There’s a brand new restaurant in Minneapolis and it’s the creation of one of the hottest chefs in town.  Gavin Kaysen is a James Beard Award winner and the owner and executive chef of Spoon and Stable and Bellecour.  He takes us on a tour of his newest space called Demi that serves only 40 people per night.
