Donna’s Smoothie Recipe
Blend in a TCL blender for 10 seconds
For 16 ounces
4 ice cubes
1 cup liquid such as almond mild or cow’s milk
¼ frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
Protein powder and nuts
Start with ice and liquids and process. Add rest.
