They mix it into a cookie! Elizabeth and Tina use melted Land O Lakes® Butter to make a chewy chocolate cookie studded with creamy peppermint bark.

Chocolate Peppermint Bark Cookies

2 Cups brown sugar
1 Cup white sugar
¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
*Beat until fluffy*
4 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
Add dry ingredients to butter & egg mixture
Add 2 Cups chopped peppermint bark to dough.
Scoop into evenly sized dough balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Allow to rest 5 minutes on baking sheet before moving to cooling racks.
