Soft Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

  • .5 Tbsp. butter for scrambling
  • 3 large eggs, whisked together
  • 1.5 oz. smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. smashed peas
  • .5 Tbsp. pickled shallots
  • 1 tsp. trout roe
  • 5 breakfast shavings
  • picked fresh dill
  • salt and pepper
