Banana Split Bowl
Ingredients: 1 bananas, ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt, 5 strawberries (sliced), 5 blackberries, 2 tbsp. chopped almonds
Instructions: Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise. Place banana halves in a shallow bowl. Top with fat-free Greek yogurt and sprinkle with berries and chopped almonds.
Ingredients: 1 Ezekiel Sprouted Tortilla or gluten free tortilla, ¼ cup of fat-free mozzarella cheese, ½ cup marinara sauce, 8 turkey pepperoni slices
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer 1 side of the tortilla with ½ cup of marinara, ¼ cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, and 8 turkey pepperoni slices. Bake in oven for 12-20 minutes, depending on how crunchy of crust is desired.
Vanilla Almond Popcorn
Ingredients: 1 scoop of protein powder (the sweeter the better), 1 tsp of cinnamon, ½ cup of almonds, 4 cups of warm popcorn.
Instructions: Mix together protein powder and cinnamon. Add mixture to almonds. Add popcorn to mixture, and stir.
