The Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Conference is back in Minneapolis this year. Some of the most prominent women in the restaurant industry will be there and the reception will include delicious food from Ann Kim, Diane Moua, Christina Nguyen and Karyn Tomlinson. They were all just named James Beard finalists and semi-finalists. Chef and owner Ann Kim stopped by to make a burrata with English peas and mint basil pesto and roasted cauliflower. The James Beard Awards will be held on May 6th in Chicago.
