Char Turnips with Oyster Sauce

Char Turnips with Oyster Sauce 

4-5 small green tip turnips cut in half
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Chooped Ginger
1 Tsp Chopped Lemongrass
3 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1  tsp fish Sauce
1  tsp salt

1. With a hot pan lay the turnips on the flat side with a little oil in the pan with heat on high until it gets dark
2. Turn off flames and add ginger garlic and lemongrass
3. Add salt fish suace and oyster sauce
