Vegan Tacos

Fitness Expert and owner of The Warehouse Nickie Carrigan showed us a healthy and quick taco recipe.

Vegan Tacos:

4 corn tortillas
frozen roasted corn
1 cup or 170 grams cooked black beans
1 avocado, sliced
3/4 cup or 120 grams quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or cilantro
1 teaspoon ground cumin
4 lime wedges
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
your favorite hot chili sauce, to taste
