Monday Night Meal: Ham Salad

Five Eyewitness News anchor Paul Folger gives us an inside look at this week’s Monday Night Meal!

Ham Salad

  • 5 to 2 pounds of ham
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons Mayo
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 boiled egg diced

Directions:

  1. Place 1.5 to 2 pound ham, mayo, celery, onion, relish and mustard in food processor. Then pulse 10 to 15 times. Taste it. Add pepper as needed.
  2. Place in a bowl and hand stir in one diced hard boiled egg.
  3. Chill at least an hour.
  4. Serve on crackers, rolls, biscuits, or buttered white bread.
