Coborn’s Mocktail Recipes

Emily Parent, a Supermarket Dietitian from Coborn’s, joins us to share her favorite cocktail and mocktail concoctions using Zevia Ginger Ale.


Lemon Lime Twist Sorbet

  •  4 lemons, 3 limes, 1 can Zevia Lemon Lime Twist and 1.5 tbsp Stevia
    • Remove skin from lemons and limes and place in a blender
    • Blend until combined and set aside in sauce pan, add Lemon Lime Twist and Stevia and bring to a boil
    • Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool
    • Once Zevia mixture has cooled add lemon and lime mixture and freeze
    • Scoop when ready to serve!

Lemon Lime Refresher Mocktail

  •  Lemon Lime Twist Soda, Elderflower syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, cucumber, thyme
    • Add elderflower syrup, lime juice, lemon juice, and ice in cocktail shaker
    • Strain into a glass with ice
    • Top with Zevia Lemon Lime Twist and mix
    • Garnish with fresh lemon slices, cucumber slice, and thyme

Orange Creamsicle Mocktail

  •  Zevia Orange Soda, coconut milk, orange juice, vanilla extract
    • Add coconut milk, vanilla extract, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker or blender
    • Add ice and shake, no need for ice in a blender
    • Strain into ice filled glass
    • Top with orange soda
    • Garnish with an orange wheel

Fruit Infused Zevia Ginger Ale

  • Fruit suggestions: Oranges, blood orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, strawberries, and cucumber
  • Combine ice, fruit, mint, and cucumber into a pitcher or punch bowl
    • Mix in Zevia Ginger Ale
    • (Optional) – add grapefruit or orange juice
  • Pour evenly among glasses, scooping in cucumber and fruit

Spiked Citrus Ginger Mocktail

  •  Combine orange juice, lime juice, orange peel, lime peel, black peppercorns, cardamom pods, and cinnamon sticks in a small sauce pan
    • Bring to a boil over high heat then simmer for 3-4 minutes
    • Let cool and strain out the solids
    • Transfer to a glass jar
  • Combine 1/3 cup of concentrate with Zevia Ginger Ale over ice
  • Garnish with a lime or orange wheel
