CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is a restaurant favorite for Minnesotans and they are now catering to a new group of eaters: vegans and vegetarians. Elizabeth visits the West End location in St. Louis Park to learn how to make vegan Bolognese and try gnocchi and flatbread all sans meat or dairy. The goal is to include all eaters at the table at CRAVE and Elizabeth says the food is so good, even non-vegans will want to order it.
