3 Tips for Making the Best Mimosas:
- Pour the Sparkling Wine First
- Use Fresh Orange Juice
- Don’t Stir
½ oz Grenadine
4 oz Orange Juice
4 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
2 Maraschino Cherries
1 Orange Slice
Pour a spoonful of grenadine into the glass. If you drizzle it down the side of the glas you will get that nice graduated shading. Garnish with an orange slice and Maraschino cherry.
2 oz Orange Juice
½ oz Tequila
¼ oz Lime Juice
Lime Wedge for rimming glasses
Course Salt for rimming glasses
Champagne or Prosecco
Orange & Lime Slices for servicing
In a glass, combine orange juice, tequila, and lime juice and stir to combine. Rim glasses with lime and dip in salt. Pour in orange juice mixture and top off with Champagne. Add sliced oranges and limes to glasses and serve.
