Chipotle Chicken Salad

Chef Terry John Zila throws together a quick and easy salad that is perfect for a Monday Night Meal.

Ingredients:

Romaine and/or Mixed Greens
2 Ears Fresh Corn or 1/2 bag frozen corn, roasted
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Grape Tomatoes
4 cooked Chicken Breasts or 1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup ranch dressing
1 bunch Cilantro
1 cup chipotle dressing
