Crispy Tomatillos, Avocado-Yogurt, Celery Cucumber Salsa

Rice Flour

Avocado Yogurt:
1 Avocado
1 Lime Juiced
¼ Plain Yogurt
Puree in Blender

Celery Cucumber Salsa
½ Cup Diced Celery
½ Cup Diced Cucumbers
4 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Blood Orange
2 TBSP Chopped Parsley
1 TBSP Chopped Cilantro
1 TBSP Chopped Mint

Mix All Ingredients, Season with Salt to Taste
