P.F. Chang’s Inspired Lettuce Wraps Recipe
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 lb ground chicken
2 cloves garlic
1 onion diced
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
2TBS Gluten Free Tamari
1 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
1 TBS Ginger
1 TBS Siracha
1 8 oz can of diced water chestnuts
2 green onions
1 bag of frozen riced broccoli & cauliflower
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 head of butter lettuce
- Heat olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat. Add in frozen riced cauliflower & broccoli.
- Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, tamari, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and Sriracha until onions have become translucent, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in water chestnuts and green onion until tender, about 1 to 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco style.
