Apple Butter & Ham Sandwiches
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Apple (peeled and thinly sliced)
Take 2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread and butter the outside of each slice in the same way you would for making grilled cheese. Thinly spread the apple butter onto the slice of bread onto the opposite side as the butter. Layer on thinly sliced apple, Swiss cheese and ham. Close the sandwich and place on a pre-heated griddle. Cook on medium heat until the outside is slightly brown and the cheese is completely melted. Slice on an angle and serve with chips and a pickle.
