Eating More Fruits & Veggies with CobornsDelivers

Registered Dietian for, Emily Parent, taught us some great ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into our daily diets.

1. Always pack fresh fruit in your lunch
-Pick fruits like apples or mandarin oranges that travel well
-Mix it uo with fruit kabobs with apples, grapefruit, berries and kiwi

2. Pair vegetables with hummus or guacamole

3. Add more veggies and druit into sandwiches
-Try apples, turkey, cheese and arugula sanwiches

4. Always have presliced vegetables and fruit available

5. Make apple nachos with apple slices, peanut butter and dark chocolate chips
