Kelli is getting a lot of requests for this recipe!
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (poached & cut up)
- 3 cups cooked rice – regular grain
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (chopped)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 4oz jar diced pimentos
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can French green beans drained
Mix ALL ingredients well. Pour into 9×12 greased pan.
Bake at 325 for 45 min or until bubbly!
