Kelli’s (Thanksgiving) Chicken Casserole

Kelli is getting a lot of requests for this recipe!

Recipe:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (poached & cut up)
  • 3 cups cooked rice – regular grain
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 4oz jar diced pimentos
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can French green beans drained

Mix ALL ingredients well. Pour into 9×12 greased pan.

Bake at 325 for 45 min or until bubbly!
