Healthy Frozen Treats

With the summer heat, a cold snack can be a treat we all crave. Kate Doubler, the Real Food RN, stopped by the studio to show us how to make frozen popsicles that are made with real and healthy ingredients. Healthy Fudgesicle Recipe Ingredients: 2 Avocados 1 Banana 1/2 Cup raw honey 1/4 Cup cocoa powder 2 Tbsp coconut oil Pinch of sea salt Steps: -Toss all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and creamy -Pour into molds of choice -Add popsicle sticks or straws -Store in freezer Visit Kate’s website!
