Engagement Chicken

In 1982, an editor at Glamour Magazine’s Fashion Department gave her assistant a recipe for what she claimed to be the most delicious chicken she had ever made.  The assistant made it for her boyfriend and within a month he proposed.  The assistant then passed the recipe along to three other staffers and shortly thereafter, each of them got engaged.  Food writer for Bring Me the News, Lindsay Guentzel shows us how to make “Engagement Chicken”.
