English Muffin Cheeseburger Pizzas
Peanut Butter Banana Shake with Beef Protein Collagen
Ingredients:
½ frozen banana
1 scoop beef collagen protein
2 Tbsp peanut butter, powdered or natural
¾ cup water
Approx. 4 ice cubes
Blend ingredients in blender. An alternative would be to use a blender cup – shake the beef collagen protein with water.
