Blackberry Balsamic Salmon – uses the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and Garlic Olive Oil, and our Toomey’s Seasoning Salt Blend (pink peppercorn, black pepper, garlic, and salt). Sweet and savory dish. If you’re not a salmon lover, the balsamic is strong enough it takes away the fishy taste.
Espresso Steaks – uses the Espresso Balsamic. This is soooo easy to do. Simply coat the steaks in the balsamic vinegar and salt seasoning. Once you’re almost done cooking you can top with blue cheese if you wish. Using balsamic vinegar as a marinade for meat is a great way to soften the tough part of meat. This marinade gives the steak a rich flavor.
Spinach Salad with Blackberry Ginger Vinaigrette – uses the Blackberry Ginger balsamic and Blood Orange olive oil. It’s a sweet dressing with a zing of ginger. I love to add red onion and feta cheese to add acidity and cut the sweetness of the dressing.
