Built by German immigrants in the fall of 1857, Waldmann Saloon was one of Minnesota’s first watering holes.
But for 154 years it stood vacant until one man decided to reopen it and embrace the history of the building.
Waldmann’s does have take-out and is open for indoor dining but they ask that you do make a reservation in advance. They also have a 4-week subscription of one 3 course dinner per person per week handcrafted by Chef Natalie and ready for you to warm and serve in the comfort of your own home.
