Our Director of Programming & Promotions loves to cook with all things local! She shared some of her favorite Minnesota made condiments and how to incorporate them into some awesome snacks for the big game!

Mandy suggests: Get their pre-made pulled pork and slather it on a good old pretzel bun with their Voodoo Child BBQ sauce!

Mandy suggests: Use it to make some crispy oven wings! Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Dry your wings with a paper towel. Combine baking powder and your favorite seasoning mix. Mandy love the 127 Blend or Wing Blend from Here’s the Deal Spice Company (also a Minnesota proud company!). Rub the wings and then let them dry out in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then bake for 1 hour, flipping the wings every 20 minutes. Toss in the K-Mama Hot Sauce!
Serve with Mandy’s Famous Blue Cheese:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Cry Baby Craig’s
4 oz bleu or gorgonzola cheese
Dash of ground mustard
Dash of dill
Salt and pepper

Mandy Suggests: Make sliders by mixing ground beef and olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper. Mandy’s favorite combo is the espresso balsamic and garlic evoo from the Olive Grove. Fry in a cast iron skillet in butter. Toast your buns and then slater on the Plucky Cheese & Mustard Pickle Dip.

Mandy Suggests: Make some easy crockpot meatballs with the Black Garlic BBQ Sauce. Add the frozen meatballs, a handful of brown sugar, a cup of bbq sauce and a few shakes of hot sauce. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
