Strawberry Banana Smoothie (with Cauliflower!)

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (cow’s or plant-based)
  • Optional: honey to sweeten

Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie (with Avocado and Spinach!)

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup milk (cow’s or plant-based)
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice

Tropical Smoothie (with Carrots!)

  • 1 small carrot, peeled, trimmed, and chopped
  • 1 Clementine or ½ an orange, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple, mango, or a combo of both
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk)
  • Optional: 1 pitted date or honey to sweeten
  • Optional: Shredded coconut for garnish
