Restaurants and bars have been given the green light to open up to indoor dining at 50% capacity. Restaurant owner and chef, Gavin Kaysen says he plans to open up his restaurant Demi on January 21st. Spoon and Stable, his other restaurant, is planned to open for indoor dining in February.
In the meantime, Spoon and Stable is introducing its new Italian Take-Away Menu. It embraces classic Italian favorites like fresh baked focaccia, chicken piccata, and pasta alla vodka. Gavin invites diners to be transported to the ultimate foodie destination – Italy.
Gavin also also offering virtual cooking classes where you can livestream the classes right in your home. When you sign up, they’ll send you an ingredient list and the recipe before the live experience. You can cook along with him or prepare your meal after watching the class. You even have the option of leaving the shopping and prep work to the chef team and purchase their kit to easily follow along. Click here for information.
