Mother’s Day Breakfast in Bed: Peanut Butter and Nutella Waffles

Alice Seuffert, creator of “Dining with Alice,” is sharing what she calls, a “fancy-easy” breakfast option that is perfect for Mother’s Day. Peanut Butter and Nutella Waffles by Alice Seuffert Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Milk
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TB Oil
  • Garnish:
  • Cool Whip
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Fresh Berries

Directions: Preheat waffle iron. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine. If using a Belgian waffle maker, drop 1 cup scoops on waffle maker and spread the batter so it even covers waffle maker. Cook until waffle maker indicates cooking is complete. Remove from waffle maker and serve with cool whip, chocolate shavings, syrup, and fresh berries. Makes 5 Belgian-style waffles. Click here for Alice’s Facebook Page and click here for her Instagram.
